After waiting 4 months for delivery I was under whelmed. I purchased a buffet. The interior wood wasn’t sanded before painting. I couldn’t even wipe out the dust with a damp rag. This is especially obvious by the windows. It will always look unclean.

Delivery was terrible. Freight company called at 5pm to make delivery right away. We were an hour away. Next day, freight company informed me that I would need a forklift. No coordination at all.

This is a solid, beautiful piece of furniture. It is everything that we had hoped for. Great fit, finish, and style. We had some reservations of ordering online but our concerns were unwarranted. The entire process was easy and we were especially impressed with the way we could follow our sideboard through its construction all the way through to delivery. This piece is exactly as presented and actually nicer than we thought possible. Our compliments to the artisans who built this piece as well to whoever packaged it so well for such a long trip.

My hutch is breathtaking!!! So worth the long wait to get it. So we’ll made. Couldn’t be happier
