It was a great process. The delivery was problematic getting my cabinet from xpo to the white glove. Xpo shipper did not understand the directions. You worked it out but it was a little stressful.

I didn't realize when I ordered that it was a "made to order process" and would take so long to arrive, but the product is super solid and high quality and was packaged well for safe shipping and delivery went really smoothly, so overall it was worth the wait! Also they were really great and communicating the progress as it was being built and shipped so I appreciate it!

I LOVE my new items. Delivery drivers marked up the wall with my second order, but the chairs look AMAZING!!!! My credenza/sideboard gave the delivery drivers a bit of a struggle to get off the delivery truck because of it's size & weight. They damaged it a bit but unless you're looking for it, you likely won't see it.
