The consistent follow through is of high value. This is obviously a major purchase for any family. Keeping us informed as to progress, to include pictures as the product is being developed, is a very good policy and approach. It also allows for any corrections or alterations to be made and provides a history of production. For an international company with diverse locations, you kept very well coordinated. Lastly, your paradigm of producing high quality for a comparatively low price, makes you very competitive. Customer service was always excellent, thank you.

They were very accomodating to my requests. I submitted the specifications that I wanted and they built the hutch per my request. I am a very happy customer!

From shopping to purchasing was very easy, just wish you had a delivery service that delivered inside the home and not just at the curbside. Because depending on the furniture that you purchase they can be very heavy. I am very satisfied with my purchase but hope that you have a delivery service to inside the customer home.

Omg I LOVE this hutch!!! I am more than happy with the craftsmanship and work done on my new hutch. And I paid extra for them to set it up and so glad that I did. They did a great job setting things up. The only complaint I have is it said it would take 8 to 10 weeks to get to me but it was longer. But it was well worth the wait!!

I purchased a beautiful hutch. I asked for some changes to be made to the hutch during the making process and this was done. Am very happy with this entrie order.

We bought a dining room set w/ cabinets. From the very beginning the help we received in our selection process, communications, updates on build progress and overall service has been fantastic. Very responsive company to any and every question along the way.. We had a very long delay in getting our furniture. Covid has disrupted pretty much every industry across the board, so I don't believe this was any fault of Sierra Living Concepts. We finally received our furniture and are very pleased how it looks. Beautiful! Worth the wait. I highly recommend Sierra Living Concepts to anyone looking for real wood furniture.

This company is amazing! They worked.with me step by step to choose a piece that fit perfectly into my house. I provided pictures of a stain colors and they worked to match exactly. The communication, even through the pandemic, was immediate and always friendly. Very pleased with my beautiful corner cabinet as well as the company as a whole!

Well worth the wait! We were told up front about the process and how long it could take. We just received our hutch (one of two orders) and we are extremely satisfied. Make sure you take advantage of White Glove service, because they are heavy.

The piece of furniture was excellently made. Extremely impressed. As for the company delivering the item, they had poor communication about delivery, they held the item in storage until I addressed the matter and the two men they sent were I’ll equipped to bring in such a heavy piece. They were not even provided a dolly to help transport the piece in the house. They said they’d arrive a one particular time and did not. No communication. Then after perusing them they dated another time. Still no arrival. They came very late. Installing the very Galesburg piece required our assistance because clearly they could not do it on their own. This is not “white glove delivery.”

I ordered from Sierra Living Concepts because it was the only place I could find exactly what I wanted... a huge china cabinet that was solid wood, beautiful, and would hopefully last us forever! There were a lot of delays in the production process, but every time I contacted customer service to inquire about the status they responded quickly and answered my questions. From ordering to delivery, it was a good 6 months, but worth it! The cabinet is beautiful. There were a couple problems with it, not sure if it was during production or shipping, but hopefully not big enough issues that some wood glue can't solve.

I absolutely love our furniture. It was so worth the wait. Super high quality and very unique. Overall a wonderful experience. I wish I would have found you sooner.

We ordered several pieces for our mountain condo. The manufacturing process was very interesting to see pictures of the furniture along the way. I had a question here and there and received courteous and satisfactory responses. Because of COVID related supply chain delays, our delivery was not as timely as we'd expected and began to bump up to our family holiday travel plans. As a heads up, I let customer service know that we'd be unavailable for 3 weeks. Adam immediately addressed the concern, worked with the local delivery company to prioritize our delivery so we could receive it several days before our departure. It's difficult to get delivery service that quickly in the mountains. It was very much appreciated. We will definitely use SLC for future furniture needs.

The entire experience was a delight. Ordering and costs were easy and fair. Communication was outstanding at each phase of the process, and delivery was outstanding…packing and care of the item was outstanding and the actual delivery person was professional and friendly! The piece was beautiful.

-The hutch is beautiful. Design is perfect for our use. We especially appreciated the communication of your company with us, as to the progress of the piece construction; shipment, etc. Communication was excellent in answering our questions. Packaging of hutch was extremely well done. - Drawer slides are not up to par with the quality of the piece. They wobble when you slide the drawer in and out. - The delivery was extremely poor. Local delivery company (XPOLogistics), was pitiful. Did I overlook that delivery was to the end of driveway only? There was no way we could move the (2) hutch pieces from driveway into house alone. If I had known, I would of secured additional help to move the hutch into the house. Delivery man was not happy we had him wheel the piece up to the front of house. I believe if your company knows this attitude of driver from XPOLogistics, you may want to employ a different delivery service. We were unhappy with our dilemma - Overall, we will love our hutch for years to come. Thank you.

From the moment we ordered our hutch we were happy... the price was great and special instructions for what we needed were carefully followed. Throughout the building process we were kept informed and were asked clarifying questions to make sure the piece met our expectations. We decided to go a different color than what is offered but Sierra Pacific primed the piece for us and now we can paint the hutch the color we want.

I am extremely satisfied with my new bar hutch. I'm a fairly young, new homeowner and have been slowly acquiring furniture over time, so the bar hutch I got from SLC is the nicest piece of furniture I've ever gotten! I was bit worried about the piece coming from overseas but I thoroughly inspected it on upon arrival and it was perfectly intact. It took a while to come in, but it was worth it! The consistent updates throughout the creation and delivery process were very helpful and reassuring.

We are delighted with our new Dining Room set. As mentioned in a long email to your Customer Service group, we did have several minor issues with quality of finish. If you are interested, I can resend those to you. However, those were addressed satisfactorily. Your delivery process was exceptional, with the exception of local delivery cancellations that were outside of Sierra’s control. I suggest that formal agreements and or a premium compensation package with local delivery contractors would prevent similar future occurences. Overall, we are delighted and grateful for the consistently professional and courteous treatment we received.

The two folks that I was in contact with (Leslie ad Adma) were VERY helpful! The two pieces were wrapped very well and there wasn't a scratch on either.. I felt the price was fair. Delivery was a bit lengthy, but coming from overseas, understandable. I really like that you have your own portal to keep track of the progress from beginning to end.

The communication from start to finish was excellent, beginning with Leslie Riekena. I was given assistance on measurements and choosing the right stain. I was able to see the progress as my corner hutch was being built. I was also able to track each step of the process, including it's travel from overseas. The XPO delivery person was very friendly. I also highly recommend the White Glove Delivery Service who unpacked the hutch in my driveway and set it up in my home. Thank you to Maurice and his team! Thank you to Adam Trevino for coordinating the XPO delivery time with the White Glove Service. The hutch was very carefully packaged. The process took about 3 1/2 months, but it was well worth the wait. My whole experience was very positive! Thank you to everyone at Sierra Living Concepts!

We received our buffet with a hutch yesterday. This is high-quality stuff, with no pressboard or laminate. Painting and staining were professional. This thing will last until after the apocalypse.
