The day I got My items from You, I made a third purchase. This is absolutely the best quality furniture anywhere ! These are things to pass down from generation to generation. I will not buy from anywhere else. Well worth the wait !!

I ordered a desk and file cabinet. Both are beautifully crafted, solid, and functional. I will consider using your company again if/when I need additional furniture. My only negative comment is that there was some confusion with the delivery process. The team was professional, but seemed unaware that I had paid for the "white glove" option and we ended up unpacking it ourselves and piling the packing material in the garage. Other than that, I'm entirely pleased with the purchase and look forward to using my furniture for years to come.

I custom ordered the Ansonville Rustic Solid Wood 3 Drawer File Cabinet adding width and depth. The order and pricing process was efficient and although ordering online I had a good expectation of what to expect and when to expect it. And I found the price reasonable. I questioned the delivery time line considering COVID and the piece did arrive about 2 weeks later than expected, but that was not a issue for me. They notified me via email during the manufacturing process, finishing and final packing and skidding regularly providing detail and pictures of all the processes. The skid did arrive with exterior damage, some of it severe to me. I have included pictures. But even with the damage to the packing and skid, the piece was in PERFECT shape due to the care they took in protecting it. And it looks better than the pictures I received when it was finished in India. I will buy from them again.

We were happy with the customer service and communication throughout the process. My only issues are that there is no option for delivery for the furniture to be taken in the house, making it extremely difficult to get our furniture up the stairs. Also, for the price I expected a little higher quality. There were parts of our furniture where the nails had made the wood bulge, the stain was not applied evenly, and the drawers slide roughly.

I bought 4 pieces of furniture for my bedroom, the quality was excellent. I was impressed to the level of packing that the furniture came in. The drawers to the bed was encased in an oak frame for shipping to which my boyfriend actually safe the wood to use on another project. Everyone loved the furniture

Thanks for the continued updates. Love the furniture. Not pleased with XPO logistics as they would not deliver into house, even on first floor.

I must say that this piece of furniture I bought as an office file cabinet, is more beautiful and well made than I would have imagined for the price. It is solid wood, and finished with loving care just as I had ordered it. The people at Sierra Living Concepts kept me informed throughout the process with updates and images of my cabinet being built and finished. I could not be happier. The shipping process went smoothly, it's just that it took so long to arrive. I think the delays were due to the pandemic, so feel very forgiving, especially as I now have this piece in my home office.

Receiving the item takes a while, so I really appreciated the customer portal so I could check the status of the order. The chat function was also very helpful. I wish there was an option for railed or soft close drawers but the furniture is beautifully made and otherwise exactly how I wanted it.

My desk and cabinet are STUNNING. Very well packaged and just gorgeous.

The cabinet is very beautiful, the workmanship looks top noch. There are a couple issues. The delivery process was much slower than anticipate. There are four metal poles that act as hangers for files. One of the poles is too long for the cabinet and will not fit. Is there a way to get another the correct size? I also contacted Sierra via email asking specificallly not to deliver the cabinet between August 19 and August 31 as I was on vacation. I was assured that would not happen. When I arrived home it was sitting in my driveway. The neighbor said it came on August. 29. I still am a great admirer of the beauty and quality.

We had a great experience when we ordered our new desk and filing cabinet. Beautiful selection. Excellent communication from start to finish, Original delivery estimate was very accurate. Packaging was great! Furniture arrived in perfect condition. The only thing that I would change is the the hardware in the file drawers. I like the concept of dropping the hanging file rails into the wooden slots but the blocks that the slots are in are too high. Tab folders do not fit when you close the drawer. If they could be moved down about one inch, that would accommodate the tabs. We removed the blocks in one drawer and added a free standing hanging folder frame. Will try adapting the blocks to lower the file holders.

Although the wait was considerable due to long distance shipping, it was definitely worth the time. This is my second experience in purchasing from Sierra Living & I have been completely satisfied on both occasions. The interactive customer portal is a highly efficient communications channel & keeps the customer up-to-date at all stages of order status. Delivery also went smoothly & I am thrilled at the new look of my home office.
