Great cabinet

The wine bar cabinet I purchased is beautiful. The quality is amazing!

The furniture is beautiful and was definitely worth the wait! Our piece took longer than expected (ordered September 22, received January 24) but we received great customer service and were kept up to date every step of the process. Adam, who coordinated the delivery, is a star!

One word of advice: make sure you have the manpower to lift your purchase into your home. This cabinet weighed 300#s! Love the fact that you can custom order exact size you need. This Wine Bar Cabinet is a birthday gift to my husband. He absolutely loves it! It took awhile to get here due to COVID, but it was well worth the wait! I really enjoyed purchasing from Sierra Living Concepts. The product is fantastic and very high quality. I really appreciated the updates at each milestone. I paid Sierra Living Concepts 250$ for the "white glove experience" delivery and understood that they would be contracting with a high-quality delivery partner that understood what services to provide. The only complaint I have is that they contracted with XPO logistics for the delivery. The XPO logistics delivery person came and dropped off the furniture, and was leaving without opening up the box to inspect for damages or to get the piece properly placed in my home. For 250$ this is unacceptable behavior. The XPO logistics person did not have tools for delivery set up either. There was wood drilled into the bottom of the piece for stabilization while shipping but XPO logistics could not remove that because of his lack of tools. I expected more for 250$.

I loved the communication through the build and delivery process. The product itself is really nice, too!

The product far exceeded our expectations. It’s beautiful. The communication process and pictures along the way were unbelievable!! Please don’t change as you grow because if you are able to maintain this type of service, growth and maintain will not be an issue. We will definitely order again!!

The wine bar is beautiful and exactly as we selected! The quality of workmanship is excellent and very well pot together. We weren’t sure when we first picked out our wine bar, but having pictures send to keep us updated, along with status updates of our products eased our concern. We absolutely love this wine bar and it fits perfectly in our new home. I would recommend Sierra Living Concepts and definitely would buy from them again.

Shipping using xpo logistics was a terrible experience. They were unprofessional, did not follow delivery dates, and when the cabinet was delivered, they were not able to get it up the stairs and had to try again the next week. As for the cabinet, the doors are not level, and are at an off angle, but otherwise the product is good!

Beautiful workmanship and very practical too. Looks great in our home and holds a surprising number of glasses and bottles!

We love our new bar cabinet. It is sturdy and so well-made. It was delivered wrapped very carefully and lots of packaging the only downfall was it was 450 pounds and the driver wouldn’t put it in our front door. Luckily it wasn’t raining cause it had to sit outside for a few hours before we found help to get it inside. It would have been perfect if the bar cabinet came with a locking option, but aside from that construction is beautiful and I will be buying from Sierra Living again soon!

We really enjoyed the experience of shopping online. We used the live chat and phone call with the sales rep to select products. Very good experience. We also enjoyed watching the images of the products as they were built, finished and packaged. There were images loaded into our portal at one point that were two different images of the same product, so we weren’t sure which one was ours, but that was corrected. During the building process, emails that we sent with questions were answered promptly. When we ordered the furniture in November, we were told to expect delivery around the third week of February. In March we inquired about delivery and were told we could expect it early April. The order didn’t arrive until the third week of April. This was not a huge problem, and we know with the COVID-19 crisis, many things have been delayed, but communication in the portal on expected completion date and arrival date, even if it ends up changing would be helpful. I was happy to receive the survey in January or so about preparing for the white glove service. This gave confidence in the delivery process. However, it seemed that selection and booking of a delivery service was not initiated until about a week or so after the products reached the US and had sat in New Jersey waiting for pickup. Then the white glove service selection wasn’t booked until the delivery arrived at its closest destination. This seemed to delay the delivery as the products waited in New Jersey for the delivery to be arranged and waited again in Cadillac Michigan until a company was found and then waited at the white glove company until they could fit in their schedule. That being said, I realize everything is hard right now. The dining table arrived with damage from the shipping process. Flow of communication upon delivery and in the process of resolving the damage was a little confusing ( part of that was my missing an email). You promptly worked with us to arrange a replacement, which is in process. I really like the concept of your business model and we enjoyed the experience. We also love the furniture! I was nervous to by so many pieces with the finish that we chose. I loved the look on your website but didn’t know if it would look too busy in our house. But I love it! Thank you.

The only thing was the delivery guys were not aware that I had purchased the White Glove service, ans they were just goingbto drop off my cabinet and leave. I had to tell them I did purchase the white glove service and that I had proof that I did. They did take my word and did take care of honoring the white glove service.

My order took 5 months to arrive, but during part of that time it was stuck behind the Suez Canal blockage. It was worth the wait - the handmade wine/spirits cabinet is beautiful and the centerpiece of our "bourbon room." Please give our thanks to those who made it - they did a wonderful job. It was great fun tracking the ship online from India to the US. Delivery was uneventful, which is a positive given how many poor delivery experiences we have had from other companies. Thank you for keeping us informed through the process.

Although delivery took especially long (probably because of Covid), the quality of this furniture is stellar, and very representative of the original picture. It’s always a little nerve-racking to select a stain when looking at pictures online, but this is exactly what I envisioned.

The furniture is great but the "white glove service" needs a lot of improvement. i spent a lot of time on the phone with XPO trying to get the delivery done correctly, and then contacted your customer service people. Everyone was very nice and helpful and arranged for a team to come in directly and finish unpacking, and then assembling the dining room table. The team that came were polite but seemed to be in a hurry. They didn't bring a big enough vehicle to take away all the packaging, so I let them leave a lot of it the garage. This ended up being a good thing as when I went to get it all to the street for garbage pickup one of the boxes was heavier than expected. Inside the box was the base part that connects the two table supports together (a piece that's about 4 feet long and weighs a few pounds.) To get the part in place requires partial disassembly of the table, which I'm planning to take care of next time my son is in town. Overall I would have been better off having my son and a couple of buddies take care of things for the price of a pizza and a couple of beers.

I have never ordered a major piece of furniture sight unseen before, and Sierra Living Concepts certainly did not disappoint. It's beautiful and we love our new bar.

The cabinet they made- to my specific size specifications- was beautifully built and all real wood!

The process was very easy to follow. When the item arrived at my house it was packaged incredibly well and was in perfect condition when arrived. The quality of the product is unmatched and looks beautiful in our kitchen!

The product I ordered was made in India. While the quality is EXECLENT as is the way that the company communicates the construction process from design to completion with frequent updates including photos the the customization and shipping process requires a good deal of time. I particularly enjoy the grain and and color pattern of rosewood. The piece (large bar cabinet) is VERY HEAVY! inside delivery highly suggested. Have not fully stocked the bay yet.

We absolutely love our Belluno Rustic Bar Cabinet. It is such a unique and beautiful piece of furniture. The craftsmanship is excellent and though it travelled overseas by ship and then delivered by trucking service it arrived very well protected and unharmed.

only issue color not exactly what we thought it would be. That's the problem with picking colors from pictures. Also the whole process was a little long. Ordered in May delivered in November. The delivery guys told us the unit was left outside when they picked it up, a little wet on top but no damage.

Angela was helpful and ensured our special request was part of the order. The timing of the delivery was good and the delivery driver was very professional.

Perfect from start to finish!

I would highly recommend Sierra living concepts for their product options and available customizations. Product design and manufacturing quality met our expectations. However, considering the price point I would have expected better drawer glides. Robust and very well assembled this product should have come with full extension soft close drawer glides. Communications were very clear and never fell short. Packaging was extremely well done to weather the overseas shipment and delivery. The lead time although clearly stated during the order process might be discouraging for some buyers. Additionally, considering this is a liquor cabinet I would have liked to seen an option for a lock which I know I will retrofit. All in all this was definitely a 9 out of 10 experience and having future furniture needs I will be looking at products from Sierra Living Concepts.

Overall satisfied with my order. Took a little longer than expected.

I called to place my order and the agent was super helpful. She did say it would be 8 to 12 weeks for delivery and it was 16. The customer portal is also excellent. My issue is with the quality of the product for a $6000 piece of furniture I expect soft close drawers Nd they aren't. The top drawera are wood on wood which makes for. Very rough closeand not stable. The bottom drawers have a metal slide but was not oiled so also a rough close.

Excellent company that has their act together, not only concerning the product, but their staff and logistics. I was able to custom design, my product, received updates as to us being built, received the best updates as to its shipping status, and the delivery was truly white glove… The best furniture delivery I have experienced in my new home from anyone !

Overall all was great, and this is probably more for the shipping company than you, but the only thing that could've made it slightly more ideal is if we could've had a little more choice on delivery date or time as it would've been nice to be able to be home and open the door and at least have the delivery guys assist with getting it inside the house. But the product itself was lovely, well made, well crafted, beautifully stained, and we love it.

We love the bar, and it was worth the wait. However, the delivery experience was less than "White Glove". The delivery team was basically overmatched. They had never delivered anything this big before, and were not prepared for such big items. They tried very hard and were very nice, but when I hear the term "white glove", I think of an experience that does not demand my attention and efforts. The bar was large and required experienced movers. When it appeared that it may not be able to be maneuvered through the house, Jason, did not want to remove the wrapping or the foot rail to make it smaller. Left with the idea that it might not be able to be properly delivered, my wife and I took over and made the decision to remove the wrapping and the foot rail to make it smaller and easier to maneuver. I then had to play a large role in completing the delivery and installation. Because of the lack of "qualified movers", some minor damage occurred to the bar. "White glove" service implies little effort on my part, and that is not what took place. Because of this experience, we do not feel that we received value that we paid for in "White Glove" service, and feel that a refund of some sort would be warranted.

Everything was great just took way longer than what I thought it would be. I ordered my cabinet which i had custom painted in January and I didn't get until the end of May.

Everything was perfect! From selecting the right piece of furniture and options to match to the in-depth tracking and updates on the production and shipping, everything went very smoothly. The cabinet we purchased is exactly what we wanted, and it was delivered and set up beautifully.

My order took 4 months to arrive. According to customer representatives it was due to global issues. I wasn’t aware of where my cabinet was coming from, actually a slow boat from somewhere. Initially I received a couple of emails with information but after that I had to call to get updates. So the communication was poor. But finally my cabinet arrived! It is beautiful and I love it.

Good customer service

We adore our new bar cabinet. However we are admiring it in our garage. We cannot get it into our home. It’s not like we have difficult path into our home, it’s just that the piece is humongous and so heavy that 3 grown men couldn’t carry it into our home. It looks to be made of solid wood so that’s great but my husband and I are in our seventies and cannot get it in. We called our sons and had a dolly but they’re unable to lift it off the wooden palette. I thought it would come in two pieces but it’s one. We are now having to hire a moving co to get it into our home. We love it but we needed a warning. The man who delivered it to the front of our garage had a huge power dolly which enabled him to get it from truck to driveway.

They kept me informed the whole process. Im very happy with the quality and service

Although it took several months to arrive, I couldn’t be happier with the end results. SLC has excellent customer service and informs you of their progress right up to delivery day.

Overall I really loved everything about my experience! I absolutely love that I got progress pictures and production updates as my piece was being made. Every time I asked a question in the customer service portal it was answered promptly by the next day. My delivery team was incredible. And after unpackaging the product we were in awe at how beautiful it is. The only downside was the time it took from ordering to delivery was just about 4.5 months, but for a piece that will last forever that time is worth it.

The shopping experience is good on the website. It is hard to justify an additional purchase as the deliver times are so long. That said, the website makes the time interesting by looking at the manufacturing process. Would recommend to add a ship tracker with daily updates if possible. The quality of the product is not up to par with other manufacturers specifically the wood quality and sanding process. This affects the final stain and final feel and look. I am not satisfied with the cabinet.
