I am so happy with my dining room set. It's even better than I expected. The craftsmanship is beautiful.The quality and sturdiness is excellent! From my initial phone call and requests for customization to the table to petiodic updates on the progress...The customer service was spot on! I was concerned about receiving this one of a kind set damaged in some way....I was extremely impressed on how well it was packed...absolutely well done! I will be purchasing a matching piece soon with absolute confidence...Thank You for exceeding my expectations!!

My order was not being undated for a month. I called customer support to check on the status. Within a few days I received an email updating the status and giving me a $100 refund due to the waiting, which I did not expect at all. I have received many complements already on the table and chairs!

Beautiful workmanship

Woman who took my order was great. Process was slow, but loved the continual updates. The final shipping needs a LOT of work. They told us the date it would be delivered. It was over a week away. Informed us they would call day before for delivery time. Called at 7:00pm evening before, meaning we had to clear that entire day, since the call to give us a time was long after our being able to adjust anything the next day. Then they cancelled. On the day THEY chose. Got a call a few days later from Sierra Living Concepts asking how we liked our bar. They were informed it was delivered, and it was NOT. Had to wait another week. The 2 gentlemen that delivered and set up were GREAT.

Great experience

Only frustrating part was the wait. Did not realize it would take almost 4 months. But it was worth the wait! The packaging was outstanding.

I ordered the island table with 6 stools. I was happy when received. It looked beautiful. The quality of the wood was great. Packing and delivery was excellent. I will buy more furniture here, I wonder where it was made from? Overall, I absolutely love the products and services Thank you
