The products - counter height table, 4 chairs, 3 barstools -- are great. Beautiful wood that gets many compliments. But the process simply takes too long - for us, close to six months from order to delivery. And the on again, off again delivery from LA was painful, one shipper who false started several times and delivery finally had to shift to an alternate shipper.

Woman who took my order was great. Process was slow, but loved the continual updates. The final shipping needs a LOT of work. They told us the date it would be delivered. It was over a week away. Informed us they would call day before for delivery time. Called at 7:00pm evening before, meaning we had to clear that entire day, since the call to give us a time was long after our being able to adjust anything the next day. Then they cancelled. On the day THEY chose. Got a call a few days later from Sierra Living Concepts asking how we liked our bar. They were informed it was delivered, and it was NOT. Had to wait another week. The 2 gentlemen that delivered and set up were GREAT.

There was a slight hiccup with delivery, but it was sorted out quickly. The bar is great and we are very excited to use it for entertaining.

I called to place my order and the agent was super helpful. She did say it would be 8 to 12 weeks for delivery and it was 16. The customer portal is also excellent. My issue is with the quality of the product for a $6000 piece of furniture I expect soft close drawers Nd they aren't. The top drawera are wood on wood which makes for. Very rough closeand not stable. The bottom drawers have a metal slide but was not oiled so also a rough close.

We love the bar, and it was worth the wait. However, the delivery experience was less than "White Glove". The delivery team was basically overmatched. They had never delivered anything this big before, and were not prepared for such big items. They tried very hard and were very nice, but when I hear the term "white glove", I think of an experience that does not demand my attention and efforts. The bar was large and required experienced movers. When it appeared that it may not be able to be maneuvered through the house, Jason, did not want to remove the wrapping or the foot rail to make it smaller. Left with the idea that it might not be able to be properly delivered, my wife and I took over and made the decision to remove the wrapping and the foot rail to make it smaller and easier to maneuver. I then had to play a large role in completing the delivery and installation. Because of the lack of "qualified movers", some minor damage occurred to the bar. "White glove" service implies little effort on my part, and that is not what took place. Because of this experience, we do not feel that we received value that we paid for in "White Glove" service, and feel that a refund of some sort would be warranted.

My shopping experience was phenomenal. From the woman that took my order, who couldn’t be any nicer. To the updates on the assembly process to the two guys who delivered my furniture were the best! It was a great experience!

They kept me informed the whole process. Im very happy with the quality and service

From the moment I ordered our furniture (free standing bar) the communications were outstanding and sending us pictures of it being made was awesome. The delivery process was outstanding the team that delivered it were professional and so thorough. I highly recommend Sierra Living Concept...high quality products!
