It took a very long time from time of order to receiving the product but the end result was well worth it. Very well made.

RXO should never be used again. Had to pick up 288lbs package myself from their depot after they lied about an attempted delivery (no drivers or truck was sent) and I no could not trust people of such low integrity inside my home

The customer service from start to finish was excellent. The customer portal allowed me to view my island and check on its progress. It was just as pictured and packed so that there was NO damage at all. So pleased with my purchase.

Sierra Living allowed us to customize our kitchen island order, down to the paint color. Pictures and updates from the factory on progress, shipping, arrival and delivery were communicated very well through the process. Amazing experience.

Although we haven't yet unpacked our kitchen island, we know we're going to love it! Very good shopping experience, great prices, and their communication during the process is better than most, every step of the pieces' journey. We'll be back for sure.

Beautiful, just what we were looking for and excellent quality. The whole process was smooth sailing and we loved being kept in the loop at each stage.

The process was great and the furniture is also great. You should offer white glove delivery for the pieces. They are too heavy to move into place without assistance.

We love our island and the experience. We would like to request a small can of the stain used on our island as there are some minor blemishes. That would be much appreciated!

The experience and customer service was excellent. The style and finish of the kitchen island was great. The only thing keeping this from being a five-star review is that the drawers are not on tracks, so they don't slide in and out very smoothly. If that was an option I would have paid for that as an option.

Beautiful piece and craftsmanship. You make the whole buying experience, tracking progress of furniture as it's being made, and shipment schedule so easy. Great customer service.

The team in India was very communicative. The only issue is that I was told a touch up kit for the paint and stain would be sent with the furniture and I did not receive it. Thanks, Joel

We love the Kitchen Island we purchased. The old adage “good things come to those who wait” definitely applies here. We had to Waite a while to get what we purchased but are very happy with then end product. Our place is a little under 600 sq ft and we needed something to divide our kitchen & living area, this is perfect! Thank you.
