This is a quality piece of workmanship using beautiful solid wood. There are so many similar-looking pieces found online, with only wood veneers. When I ordered, I didn't realize the piece would be custom-made. When it was delivered (by a terrific crew), I knew the wait was worth the finished product. When I need another piece, I'll order again. Thank you so much!

Everything was going well until delivery. Your company should take lead and control XPO during inland transportation and white glove service. it was painful for me to keep track and contact XPO everyday, but didn't receive clear answer from XPO. Your staffs are supportive, i am impressive how Rahul's response to my email, and how Adam, Nancy try to push my goods to be delivered.

I have purchased a desk and, separately, 4 bookshelves from Sierra Living Concepts, and have been delighted with each purchase. The waiting is challenging, but it is totally worth it!! Highly recommend!
