The high quality of the product is noticeable. Furthermore, all aspects went very well except the stain color did not match representation on line. The online pictures display a Multi-tone wood the lightest of which is it blonde/natural appearance with hints of orange that matched the amber leather very well. However that color was replaced with a grayish tone instead. It’s not as nice but is acceptable

This is really really great quality stuff. The customer service folks are great. BUT. You must realize when you buy, that what you are buying is made on-demand, and in India, not California. When it's done - They do not fly it here. They put it on a boat. So for 4 chairs - the time from ordering them to sitting in them was about 5 1/2 months. Not weeks. Months. But other than that everything was great!

You chairs are beautiful but the seat is like sitting on a brick. No give to the seat cushion. Hoping after being in a controlled climate they might soften up just a little bit.

Excellent sales help and advice regarding style and color. Outstanding flexibility regarding mix/max design options. Excellent progress reports and check-in via photos and email. Excellent help resolving delivery and assembly confusion from Jenny Reid.

The way the whole process is manages was outstanding. The only recommendation I would offer is that unpacking and set-up is part the pricing. It was not part of the delivery and I had to unpack and set-up the furniture myself and dispose of all of the packing material. In the grans scheme nt a big deal but could really take the experience to the next level
