Our table arrived in the predicted time. It is beautiful, and we appreciated the photos showing its construction progress, then the ability to track the shipment. Customer service was excellent: so nice to talk to a real person who is responsive. I was concerned about having the table for the holidays, and they were able to get it on an earlier ship than originally scheduled. I highly recommend this company.

This is the 2nd Table we have purchased from you . Having to leave the 1st behind in our previous home , due to differing square footage , was such a loss ! Being able to finally purchase another- and working with you Outstanding company again - has been worth the wait .

Absolutely beautiful table. Cannot stop looking at it. Gorgeous, but very pricey so I likely won’t order for myself from Sierra again. Would recommend to friends and family for a one time solid purchase.

I rated the company a 5 star even though we had a horrible delivery experience. The problem was the two guys who brought in the furniture and then refused to set it up. They didn’t even take the chairs out of the packing, even though we paid for White Glove service. But I called Adam at customer support and he helped us. By the end of day two, the table and chairs were set up, the garbage was packed away and everything is fine. The table and chairs are beautiful and well made. Even the trucking company was helpful. Apparently, during COVID, people don’t want to do deliveries, and so they have brought people in from other states to try to help. But these people apparently just want to do the bare minimum. The gentleman that set it up for us, drove here from 1.5 away and set it up.
