Love my wine cabinet! Cathy worked with me to help with the perfect color! Took 6 weeks and worth the weight! This is solid wood and gorgeous. Delivery was a little challenging but it was the delivery company.

The flipping locking wood is creative, but does not work effectively. The trays hang, are not level. One of the trays could not be secured.

This was the best customer service I have ever dealt with. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore. Everyone was so polite and I was getting emails every time something new was done to my wine cabinet. I could t get over how professional everything was. I’m in love with my wine cabinet. It’s so thin, sleek, and just beautiful. Exactly what I wanted !!!! I could not be any happier Thank you all so much. 😊

This is the most beautiful piece of furniture I have and I have some fabulous antiques. The wood is incredible as is the workmanship.It was custom made to my specifics and it is exactly what I had imagined. Customer service has been wonderful and the system they have for keeping you updated on where in the process your furniture is was really fun to follow. My only issue was delivery. They had a huge truck that they said could not come in my driveway. I had to go 1/2 hour north to pick it up and fortunately I had a truck. I am a single, older woman so had to hire help to get it off the truck.

Loved the communication from customer service throughout, including the pictures provided. We wanted different hardware and you sent us a variety of pictures to choose from - super helpful and customer focused! Paid for in-home delivery, which was totally worth it and handled very professionally by the provider they use in our area. Piece looks great in our dining room. Price was reasonable for the quality.
