I love my one of a kind armoire. It took soooo long to arrive, but I knew it from the start and just needed to be patient. I am extremely happy with my purchase!

The furniture is beautiful and well made, and the custom changes requested were done exactly. The staff was very helpful with questions we had before ordering and in responding to a couple of small problems after delivery, such as a small broken latch on an armoire. The only issues were the time it took to receive the product — five months (likely exacerbated by the global shipping slowdown during the pandemic) — and the stain odor on the bedroom furniture. The odor is really strong and lasting a long time, making it impossible to sleep in the bedroom with the new furniture.

Shopping was the easy part, took over 6 months to receive furniture which once received had a funny musty smell to it. The shipping was hectic. Got the bulk of the furniture on the 1st delivery which went very smoothly and the armoire on the second delivery which delivery company wanted to ship while we were out of town and charge me by the day if furniture was not delivered. Sierra cleared up the confusion immediately and shipped when we returned.

Love the pieces but took over 3 months to arrive,delivery was basically to the driveway, and the armoire weighed over 300 pounds which I did not expect.

The only bad thing was that the two pieces I ordered were out in two different vessels so had to wait several extra weeks for consolidating of two shipments for shipping so it took longer than expected for delivery. Since ordered together not sure why they were split up at the dock. Otherwise love them - they are beautiful

Although the process required some patience due to the turnaround time, your communication process via the customer portal is a reliable tool which kept us informed at every stage. You are very efficient & the product is originakl & high quality. We love artisan-crafted furniture & only wish we needed more! Our two armoires look stylish & handsome in our bedroom. The lag time in delivery was a problem. I love my furniture just did not like to have to wait almost 4 months to get it!
