The only challenge was with delivery. We weren’t provided an update the day of arrival (time of arrival) and when the driver arrived he didn’t want to bring the furniture at least to the outside of our building. Seems he wanted to drop it at the management office. Finally he understood we didn’t want him to deliver the furniture into our home as that’s not what we agreed to, so he did fetch the furniture to the front of the building. Sadly he didn’t care where he dropped it off. My husband met him with furniture moving equipment and either the driver didn’t care or wasn’t paying attention, but dropped it off at the highest conceivable curb there was causing my husband to have to move heavy furniture much further than he should’ve.
Even though this was unfortunate, the furniture is wonderful and we’re happy to have it. I can certainly see is purchasing from Sierra Living again. Thank you.

I truly enjoyed the entire process as it was basically seamless. As for delivery, I think that more notice should be given for when the piece will arrive. I was notified same day a few hours before . I had chosen that day and one other but didn’t get notified that it was official til a few hours before.
My main issue was the quality of the hardware. The handle on the bottom right drawer had no screw so I need to try and find one and fix it.
The magnet on the door on that side is also faulty and doesn’t stay fastened so door swings open on its own.
Also, the bar for hanging seems off or is not placed correctly. When using a standard hanger the doors bang into the front end of the hanger and don’t close. I have had to stuff a paper towel in the groove that holds the bar in order to keep the bar back enough to accommodate a hanger without obstructing the door
I love the look of my piece but these small issues would give me pause when ordering again as it is a lot of money and a leap of faith when you order something and wait several months to get it, then receive it with these issues.

The onl;y issue was when the delivery truck came, they told us they only deliver to the door. The cabinet we had ordered was over 7' tall, weighed about 300lbs & was strapped to a pallet. The only way to get it in the house was for me to get (2) other people, tip the delivery man to help, & get it in the house. If I wasn't able to do this, it would be sitting on our porch. You need to inform customers that the delivery is only to the front door or have an option to pay more & have it brought into the house. This could have been a disaster.

Overall, we are very pleased with the product we purchased. The unit's top did not appear to be oil finished as the rest of the unit. Being an oiled finish, the was not a major problem; I just oiled it myself. There was also some confusion on delivery. We ordered and paid for "white glove" delivery and responded to the request for specific details regarding the room location, number of steps. stairway, etc. On delivery, we were told that the unit would only be placed inside the front door. We objected and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor contacted us quickly and told us that while white glove service had been ordered, Sierra had not passed on any additional information regarding the delivery. Eventually, the problem was rectified.
