Customer service should inform you that the products Sierra sells will take months to receive. I was promised my order by the holidays and never received it. I emailed and emailed since nobody will call you back. I was promised several other arrival dates that did not happen. I finally got my chairs in mid February.
Quality pretty decent. Just order months in advance.
