Product is beautiful, staff is honest and responsive. I would absolutely order this quality product again. My only complaint is that they are a new company and need to get the kinks out of their delivery process. It is difficult to get hard and fast delivery dates, and there are glitches with set-up in some markets. I'm sure they will eventually solve these issues by fine tuning which carriers they use.

The shipping company took a week to deliver my stuff and they broke one of my chairs They also have very poor communication with customers

Beautiful furniture. I’m very pleased. Nothing was damaged when I received my packages.

Although it took a few months to receive our furniture, which we knew, we are VERY satisfied with the quality and workmanship that was put into our pieces.

My experience with Sierra Living Concepts has been great. Everyone is knowledgeable and very friendly. So far we have placed at least five orders with them. So definitely we are huge fans!

Customer service should inform you that the products Sierra sells will take months to receive. I was promised my order by the holidays and never received it. I emailed and emailed since nobody will call you back. I was promised several other arrival dates that did not happen. I finally got my chairs in mid February. Quality pretty decent. Just order months in advance.

Woman who took my order was great. Process was slow, but loved the continual updates. The final shipping needs a LOT of work. They told us the date it would be delivered. It was over a week away. Informed us they would call day before for delivery time. Called at 7:00pm evening before, meaning we had to clear that entire day, since the call to give us a time was long after our being able to adjust anything the next day. Then they cancelled. On the day THEY chose. Got a call a few days later from Sierra Living Concepts asking how we liked our bar. They were informed it was delivered, and it was NOT. Had to wait another week. The 2 gentlemen that delivered and set up were GREAT.

There was a slight hiccup with delivery, but it was sorted out quickly. The bar is great and we are very excited to use it for entertaining.

My shopping experience was phenomenal. From the woman that took my order, who couldn’t be any nicer. To the updates on the assembly process to the two guys who delivered my furniture were the best! It was a great experience!

I ordered the island table with 6 stools. I was happy when received. It looked beautiful. The quality of the wood was great. Packing and delivery was excellent. I will buy more furniture here, I wonder where it was made from? Overall, I absolutely love the products and services Thank you
