The two folks that I was in contact with (Leslie ad Adma) were VERY helpful! The two pieces were wrapped very well and there wasn't a scratch on either.. I felt the price was fair. Delivery was a bit lengthy, but coming from overseas, understandable. I really like that you have your own portal to keep track of the progress from beginning to end.

From the moment we ordered our hutch we were happy... the price was great and special instructions for what we needed were carefully followed. Throughout the building process we were kept informed and were asked clarifying questions to make sure the piece met our expectations. We decided to go a different color than what is offered but Sierra Pacific primed the piece for us and now we can paint the hutch the color we want.

The piece of furniture was excellently made. Extremely impressed. As for the company delivering the item, they had poor communication about delivery, they held the item in storage until I addressed the matter and the two men they sent were I’ll equipped to bring in such a heavy piece. They were not even provided a dolly to help transport the piece in the house. They said they’d arrive a one particular time and did not. No communication. Then after perusing them they dated another time. Still no arrival. They came very late. Installing the very Galesburg piece required our assistance because clearly they could not do it on their own. This is not “white glove delivery.”
