The piece of furniture is beautiful - took awhile to get but I completely understood why and your customer portal was great keeping me updated. Delivery service you guys use is terrible - driver was rude and unprofessional. He did not have the ability to get the console off of his truck by himself (had to get my husband - I filmed it) but first he wanted me to sign the bill of lading before he would unload it - I told him I could not until I inspected the packaging. Console was way in the back of his big, dirty truck. He told me he would not unload until I signed because he stated if I then refused delivery he did not have the ability to get it back on the truck (kept telling me - their company policy is one truck, one driver) so if I wanted to inspect it, I had to climb onto his dirty truck and go to the back to inspect it - I said I am not going to do that just unload it - he said no and then started to close up his truck to leave - my husband came out and said I will go on the truck and he did, inspected it and then had to have my husband help him unload it - then I signed the bill of lading (don't know why if was ok now to unload before signing) - my personal opinion based on how hard it was for both he and my husband to unload it is that he knew he could not do it alone and would probably drop it and wanted me to have the bill of lading already signed so he could just leave me with now damaged product. We were just lucky my husband was working from home yesterday.

This was a sideboard that was customized for our needs. We are very happy with the quality and finish. As shown in the photos, our piece was well protected in shipping.

Great communication during the cabinet manufacturing. I felt very informed the entire time. The cabinet is gorgeous and fits perfectly. I am thrilled overall.

Things that I liked: Product I received was actually as described and pictured.... stain, solid wood, dimensions When I called Sierra Living, I always promptly talked to a representative. The product does take awhile to receive, but "white-glove" service and communication about delivery was excellent.

Sideboard continues to smell like a campfire exclamation smart.

The sideboard is beautiful. The only thing that needs work is communication during shipping & delivery.

Perfect fit and beautiful furniture.

The sales associate that helped me was very friendly and patient as it took me a few months to figure out what color and size I wanted. We custom ordered a size and it was super easy. I received frequent updates and pictures of the product being made during the whole process. Total it took about 4 months from order placed to sitting in our dining room. It was very professional and the piece is beautiful, well packaged, no damage, worth the wait!

Superior experience! Would definitely buy from this company again! The color of the table was a lot darker than I was looking for, but other than that everything else as a whole was fantastic!

Great experience start to finish!!

The piece we ordered is very well made, very solid. The pullout drawers though should be roller drawers. We where told the delivery would be by 5:00pm, it wasn’t delivered until 7:00pm, and they sent only one guy, a lot of work for one person. Over all, we are satisfied with our new piece.

Customer service is excellent. I was kept informed of progress up until it cleared customs. Then I heard nothing from freight company. (It was 6 months from ordering to arrival). I contacted Sierra Concepts and heard from freight company immediately to schedule delivery. I paid for white glove delivery but it definitely fell short of what I paid for which I explained in my email to customer service. Xpo Logistics contacted me immediately and apologized. I contacted Sierra Concepts and I am being refunded $180 of the white glove delivery fee I paid for. I love the sideboard. The workmanship is beautiful. Except for a couple of small pieces of wood inside the unit that splintered off through shipping it arrived in good condition.

My Georgia teak long table arrived yesterday 3/11/2020. It is more beautiful in person. However, 4 months from order to delivery, is a bit too long to wait. Also, I highly recommend paying the additional $300 charge 4 set up in the house. My, nearly 400 lb, long table was extremely difficult to unpack and drag into the house with the help of a neighbor. Otherwise, extremely satisfied with Sierra Living Concepts!
