Everything was awesome, definitely a great experience and knowing the quality of craftsmanship and care taken in shipping I will definitely come back for future purchases.

While it does take a number of months to get the particular piece of furniture that we wanted, it is well worth it. The company keeps you informed of every step in the process. Our hall closet came yesterday and it is beautiful. Well designed, well made and solid wood. No junky particle board here. The only problem is which of our two daughters will inherit this heirloom piece of furniture

Love the product. A bit too long wait, and the price point is a little too high. However the piece is sturdy and well made. Excellent packaging!

The fact that it took a few months to get to us at first was frustrating. However, I found the customer service and communication over the shipping and delivery of my product outstanding. The pictures that were sent to me as an update were greatly appreciated. The product is beautiful and such great quality. The product is worth the wait! So happy with my hall tree! Thank you!

Excellent customer service and product quality. My piece was a custom wood and incredibly beautiful. I was also very impressed with how the furniture was packaged for shipping and delivery- the most thorough packaging I have ever seen- took 30 minutes to unwrap it. I would highly recommend this retailer if you have the 12-16 weeks to wait for your piece.

Great craftmanship

Nice Hall tree. The time between ordering and delivery was a bit long and there was some confusion surrounding the final delivery.

Love the hall tree even more than I thought I would.

If I had to do it over again, I would have purchased a similar piece from another company for half the price. It took over 3 months to receive from overseas. But the worst part of the experience was the delivery. I received an unscheduled delivery of a large entryway bench. It was delivered in the international shipping crate. No effort made to remove the item from the crate by the company. My husband had to use a saw to remove the crate and make a trip to dump to dispose of it. Very, very annoying and unnecessary.

I loved the ability to see the pictures in process as the furniture was being created. It might be a nice touch to include a signed card by the builders.

If i could give u 10 stars i would. Took a long time as expected and was kept up to date on progress. Came package to survive moon shot. Well made. Nice finish. Beautiful wood. Fit perfectly in space. 4 k less than pine custom made in States..

The desk has scratches. The tabletop has a crack and the halltree has a crack in the back which looks like it was crushed.

We love our hall tree and the quality is excellent. The delivery date/time was confusing and unscheduled. We paid for white glove service and glad we did. But my suggestion is that the delivery guys also wipe down the delivery item to remove all the packaging dirt and dust. It doesn’t feel very “white glove” to be left with a dirty piece of new furniture. Otherwise, we are very happy!

The ordering process was simple and straightforward. The many updates, including pictures, that we received during each stage of the construction were well done. The furniture arrived extremely well packaged. There were no visible damage or imperfections. The furniture was very well constructed. The detailed workmanship was evident The white glove setup was excellent. Both men were very professional and very careful in assembling the furniture and placing it in our home. They cleaned up all of the packaging material and even swept the floor. The furniture is beautiful and has received many ooo's and aaah"s from everyone who has seen it
